ADAPTER 

The electrical installations are supplied with 220V. Adapters are available at the reception desk if necessary and subject to availability.

You can schedule an alarm clock at the reception desk. 
 

BABY-SITTER 

The reception can put you in touch with a babysitter for your children during your stay.  

BABY 

On request and according to availability, we can provide you with cots in your room and a high chair in the restaurant.

BAR 

The bar and terrace of the hotel welcomes you on the ground floor of the hotel. 

 

BIKES 

A bicycle garage is available outside, opposite the hotel entrance. The hotel accepts no responsibility for theft or damage in the hotel car park. 

BLANKETS AND PILLOWS

Extra blankets and pillows are available on request at the reception.
 

 BREAKFAST 

Breakfast is currently offered as an 'assisted buffet'. It is still an all-you-can-eat buffet, but the hotel staff, trained to the latest hygiene standards, will serve you while you stand at a distance. The hotel has made this choice in order to continue to offer you quality products and also to reconnect with its guests.
 The buffet is open from 06:30 every day and ends at 10:30, except on Sundays and public holidays when it can be enjoyed until 12:00.
 Unfortunately the breakfast room cannot accommodate all guests at the same time. If you don't want to wait for a table to become available, you can check the usual busy times.

For early risers, late risers and those who don't eat much in the morning, we offer a formula: a hot drink, a fruit juice and a pastry. Service at the bar only.
You can also have your breakfast served in your room. To do so, please place your order the day before at the latest, using this order form.
Rates per person: 

  •  Buffet breakfast / tray in room, adult: € 10.50
  •  Children under 12 years: € 5.25
  •  Children under 4 years old: free
  •  Early bird/late bird" formula: 5.50 €.


BUSINESS CENTER 

The reception will be happy to take care of sending and receiving your e-mails and letters (at the current rate). Photocopies and prints are charged at 0.30 € per page. You can send your documents to be printed to the reception desk [email protected]. For computer security reasons, your USB keys and hard drives cannot be connected to the hotel computers. 
 

CAR PARK 

You have the possibility to park your car for free in our private car park, which is closed at night. We invite you to lock your car and not to leave your valuables there. The hotel cannot be held responsible for any damage to or theft of your vehicle. The gate closes at 11pm each evening and reopens between 5am and 6am each morning. You can open the gate from the outside with your room's magnetic card or call the Reception from the intercom. If you wish to leave the hotel at night, please inform the Reception on your way out so that they can open the gate for you. 
Please respect the reserved parking spaces: 
Persons with reduced mobility
 Electric or hybrid vehicles on charge: scanning the QR-code on the terminal will direct you to the Total payment site and guide you through the use of the terminal. This service cannot be charged by the hotel. 
For you Madam: These spaces, close to the entrance, are reserved for women travelling alone who, for some, may be worried about crossing a dark car park at night in a city far from home. Many wonder why they are pink. For two reasons: firstly, because there are no other colours available in the pavement marking palette (red: fire brigade, yellow: roadworks, ...), and secondly, because some men still think twice before using these pink spaces. 

CITY MAP 

Available at the reception upon request. 
 

CHECK IN 

The rooms are available from 2pm onwards, and the reception desk will welcome you all night long. In case of arrival after 6.01 pm, your reservation must be guaranteed by credit card at the Reception. You can benefit from an early check-in according to availability.

CHECK OUT 

Don't forget to leave your key at the reception desk in the key box. On the day of departure, the rooms must be vacated before 12:00. From 12.01 am onwards, each additional hour will be charged at 10€, until 4.00 pm. After 4.01 pm, the following night will be charged if the hotel's availability allows it. 

CLASSIFICATION 

The ibis Saint-Nazaire Trignac is classified 3 stars in the register of classified establishments by the organization Atout France. Access the criteria grid, here.

CONCIERGE

If necessary, the Reception will be pleased to inform you about activities, places to see, restaurants, beaches, walks, ... Do not hesitate to ask the Reception for all types of concierge services, to make your stay as pleasant as possible. 
 

DEFIBRILATOR

A cardiac defibrillator is freely available at Reception. It is easy to use and is checked regularly. 
 

ENVIRONMENT 

The hotel tries to contribute to the perfect respect of the environment. You will find here all the actions implemented by the hotel and, because we also need you, the "good gestures" to adopt to participate in the fight for the environment. 

 EVENTS 

The ibis Saint-Nazaire Trignac regularly organises concerts, match broadcasts and other events. Check the agenda for upcoming events!  

EMERGENCIES 

In case of emergency, dial 112 from your mobile phone and inform the Reception 24 hours a day. 

A defibrillator is freely available at the Reception. It is easy to use and is checked regularly.

In the toilets, next to the Reception, you will find a dispenser containing : 

  •  Dental kit (toothbrush and toothpaste) - €4
  •  Shaving kit (disposable razor and shaving gel) - €3
  •  Male condoms (x3) - €3
  •  Tampons (x2) with applicator - €3
  •  Hairbrush - €3
  •  Lighter - €3 

The machine accepts 2€, 1€, 0.5€ coins and does not give change. Reception can give you change 24 hours a day. 

EXTRA LINEN 

If you need extra linen (towels, bath mats, pillows, etc.) please contact the reception 24 hours a day. 
 

HEATING / AIR CONDITIONING 

You can adjust the temperature of your room using the thermostats on the bottom of the air conditioner. 
 You indicate the desired temperature and the unit will regulate the temperature automatically. That is, it will stop when the desired temperature is reached in the room and restart by itself if necessary. 
 Reception can also help you and control it remotely. 
 The hotel has opted for reversible air conditioning. This is a system that uses the cold outside in winter to produce heating and, conversely, uses the heat outside in summer to generate air conditioning in the room. Between seasons, rooms are switched in whole groups between cooling and heating. 
 With the abnormal variations in the weather, you may feel the need for coolness in winter or heat in summer. Please do not hesitate to inform the Reception so that we can find a solution. 
 

KEYS / MAGNETIC CARDS 

The magnetic card(s) provided on arrival opens your room door and the car park gate at night. Insert it in the direction of the arrow and remove it immediately to open the door. A green light indicates that the operation has been successful. 
 

LAUNDRY SERVICE 

A laundry service is available at the hotel for a fee, please contact the Reception by dialling 9. Please allow 24 hours for your laundry to be processed. 

LEISURE AND ACTIVITIES 

If you need information about activities, places to see, restaurants, beaches, walks, ... 

You can also consult the "Andégave" application for discounts on activities in the region.
 

LUGGAGE 

If you wish to leave your luggage for a while at the hotel, a secure luggage storage area is available near the reception. This service is free of charge. 
 

MARKET

METHODS OF PAYMENT 

The establishment accepts the following methods of payment: Cash, Bank card (American Express, Diners, Visa, Mastercard) Holiday vouchers, Luncheon vouchers, Restaurant vouchers, Luncheon vouchers. Payment by personal or company cheques is not accepted. 

MUSIC 

The hotel team has a passion for music! If this is also your case, come and attend one of our regular concerts in the restaurant or on the terrace. The hotel also has guitars and a ukulele at your disposal. 
 

POSTAGE 

The Reception can take care of the postage of your mail at the current rate. You can also leave your mail already stamped. 
 

PETS 

Your pets are welcome in the hotel provided they are clean and quiet (extra charge of €5 per day excluding food, per pet). 
 

RECEPTION 

The hotel Reception is open every day of the year, 24 hours a day. The Reception team will be happy to answer all your requests in a very short time. You can reach them by dialling "9" from the room phone. 

 RELIGIOUS SERVICES 

A religious service is held in the :

  • Catholic church of Saint Gohard in Trignac.
  • Church of Saint Eloide in Trignac.
  • Mosque of the Paul Perrin passage in Saint-Nazaire.

The hotel offers 24-hour catering for all tastes and budgets, in the dining room, on the terrace and also on room service.

ROOM SERVICE 

At the moment, we offer you the breakfast service in your room. This order form must be filled out the day before. Link for the form.
All meals can also be served in the room 24 hours a day. You can find the menu here. Please note that some dishes are not available from 23:00 to 11:00. 
 

SATISFACTION 

Thank you for reporting any shortcomings or imperfections to the reception desk 24 hours a day. We undertake to remedy them quickly, as they are completely beyond our control. 

You will receive a satisfaction questionnaire following your stay. The hotel team would be very happy to read your recommendations and encouragement.

SECURITY 

At least one employee is present at the hotel 24 hours a day. He is there to answer your requests but also to ensure your safety. He is trained in fire safety and emergency management. 
A notice concerning evacuation instructions in case of fire is visible on the back of your room door. 
Report any loss of your magnetic card immediately. Reception will give you a new one, which will deactivate the old one. 
The management declines all responsibility for the loss of your valuables in the hotel and therefore provides a safe at the reception free of charge. 
We invite you to lock your car and not to leave your valuables in it. The hotel cannot be held responsible for any damage to or theft of your vehicle. 
A defibrillator is freely available at the reception. It is easy to use and is checked regularly. 

SMOKERS 

The hotel has two smoking rooms available on request. If you did not request them or if they were no longer available, you will stay in a 100% non-smoking room, even through the window. The management is adamant about this and a cleaning fee, equivalent to the amount of the following night, will be charged systematically and without notice for any obstruction of the rules and the comfort of future guests. 
 The hotel's terrace remains accessible 24 hours a day to hotel guests. 
 

FLOOR SERVICE 

The rooms and common areas are cleaned daily, we take great care to keep them clean and if you notice any mistakes or discrepancies please let us know. 
At this time, the hotel understands that some of you may not want anyone to enter your room. That is why cleaning during your stay ("recouche") is done on request at the Reception.

The Management declines all responsibility in case of loss of your valuables and therefore provides you with a safe at the reception free of charge. 

SWIMMING POOL 

The hotel's outdoor swimming pool, located on the ground floor after the terrace, is open from 8am to 10pm, from 1st June to 1st September. Towels are available at the reception upon request. 
 Work is planned during the winter of 2021/2022 to renovate, heat and cover the pool. A fitness room will also be created with some cardio and weight training equipment as well as a sauna. Opening planned for the first quarter of 2022.

On request, the reception will book a taxi for you.  

TECHNICAL SERVICE 

At any time, please do not hesitate to contact the Reception to report a technical problem. 

TELEPHONE 

The reception can be reached 24 hours a day by dialling 9. This is the same number for ordering your meals. 
Reception will also tell you how to call another room directly if you are staying in a group. 
To make outside calls, a simple request to Reception is enough to open the line. By making this request, you agree to the applicable tariff conditions directly charged to your hotel bill.
 

TELEVISION 

The television programming offers you a series of national Digital Terrestrial Television (DTT) channels.
It is possible to broadcast ("caster") the content of certain mobile devices on the television in your room. Here's how to use it.
The bar regularly broadcasts sports events via Canal+, BeIn Sports and RMC Sport. Our programming is available on the AlloMatch.com website and application. If an event you are interested in is not scheduled, please ask the Reception! 

TICKETS 

The Reception can advise you and book tickets for you for the various museums and visits in Saint-Nazaire at preferential rates: Submarine Swordfish, Escal' Atlantique, Ecomuseum, visit to the Atlantic Shipyards, visit to the Airbus factory, visit to the city, cruise in the estuary and along the wild coast, ...

WELCOME 

The hotel Reception is open 24 hours a day, every day of the year. The reception team will be happy to answer all your requests in a very short time. You can reach them by dialling "9" from the room telephone. 

WELLNESS 

The hotel's outdoor swimming pool, located on the ground floor after the terrace, is open from 8am to 10pm, from 1st June to 1st September. 
 Every week, we offer group classes in : 

  •  Pilates, every Wednesday from 7pm to 8pm, 
  •  Yoga, every Tuesday from September to June, from 7pm to 8pm. 

These classes are free for hotel guests. Information and reservations at the Reception.

 WIFI 

Fibre optic internet access is available throughout the hotel via a free Wi-Fi connection. The network is called "ACCORHOTELS-GUESTS" and does not require a password. A simple validation is required on a page that will appear automatically.
